The engagement was announced 5 August, 2005, between the Hon. Robert Edward George Makgill (b. 1969), younger son of the late 13th Viscount of Oxfuird, by his first wife, and twin brother & heir presumptive of the 14th Viscount, & Miss Melissa A.R. Lo, daughter of Mr & Mrs Robert Lo, of Hong Kong.
